The Inter-Services Public Relations( ISPR) said on Monday that six Pakistan Army officers, including two majors, were martyred after a copter crashed during a flying charge near Khost in Harnai, Balochistan.
“ All six labor force on board, including two aviators, have embraced shahadat, ” the service’s media affairs sect said, adding that the incident passed late last night.
The martyred officers were linked as
39- year-old Major Khurram Shahzad( airman), a occupant of Attock. He was married with one son.
30- year-old Major Muhammad Muneeb Afzal( airman), a occupant of Rawalpindi. He was married with two sons.
44- year-old Subedar Abdul Wahid, a occupant of Sabirabad vill in Karak. He was married with four children, including three sons and a son.
27- year-old Sepoy Muhamad Imran, a occupant of Makhdoompur in Khanewal. He was married with two daughters and a son.
30- year-old Naik Jalil, a occupant of vill Bhutta, Lohara, Teh Kharian in Gujrat quarter. He was married with two sons.
35- year-old Sepoy Shoaib, a occupant of vill Khatarphatti PO Syeeda Teh Jhand in Attock quarter. He was married with one son.
The ISPR has yet to release details about the cause of the crash which comes further than a month after a analogous incident passed in Balochistan.
On August 1, a Pakistan Army copter with six people on board, including Commander 12 Corps Lieutenant General Sarfraz Ali, lost contact with the air business control in Balochistan’s Lasbela quarter.
A day latterly, the wreckage of the copter was set up near Musa Goth, with all labor force on board embracing martyrdom. According to the ISPR, the accident passed due to bad rainfall.
‘ Too numerous crashes ’
Replying to the news of the rearmost crash, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that he was deeply suffered. He supplicated for the departed and their family members, adding that the entire nation participated the grief of the deprived.
President Arif Alvi also expressed grief over the incident and paid paeans to the martyred officers.
An sanctioned statement on Twitter said the chairman supplicated for the killers and extended condolences to their families.
Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo expressed deep grief and anguish over the copter crash. In a statement, he said the entire nation paid rich homage to those who offered their lives while performing their duties.
“ We wish Allah’s mercy upon the dogfaces who embraced martyrdom in the accident and extend our sincere condolences to the fraternal people of Pakistan, ” the Turkish delegacy in Islamabad said.
